1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Atflix application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Atflix is a personal voice note recording and expense management application that allows users to:

• Voice Recording: Record, save, organize, and manage audio recordings with features such as one-tap voice recording, pause/resume, recording history, activity logs, and customizable audio and storage settings.
• Expense Management: Track, categorize, and manage personal expenses with features including expense entry creation, categorization, payment method tracking, recurring expenses, tags, attachments, monthly reports, and data export capabilities.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for securing access to your device and protecting your recording files.
• You agree to use the App for lawful and appropriate purposes.
• You will not attempt to modify, hack, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, design, and application structure are the property of Atflix and are legally protected. All voice recordings created using the App belong to the user. We do not claim ownership of user-generated audio content.

• You may not commercially exploit any component of the App.
• The App software may not be copied, resold, or reused in unauthorized ways.

5. User Content

Voice recordings and expense data created using the App remain fully private and accessible only on the user's device unless explicitly shared by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring that:

• Any recorded audio complies with applicable consent and privacy laws
• Expense data is accurate and used for lawful purposes
• Any attachments or documents added to expense entries do not contain sensitive information that violates privacy laws

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We do not warrant that the App will always function without interruption or technical issues. We are not responsible for data loss or recording failures, or loss of expense data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atflix and its developers shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of recordings, data corruption, device failure, or other direct or indirect consequences resulting from App use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for misuse, security threats, or violations of this agreement without notice.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We value your privacy and work to minimize data collection. We may collect:

• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and technical logs.
• Usage Statistics: Feature usage frequency, crash logs, and performance data.
• Microphone Access: Only when actively recording with user permission.
• Expense Data: Expense entries including title, amount, category, date, description, payment method, tags, and attachments (stored locally on device).
• Camera/Photo Access: Only when adding attachments to expense entries, with user permission.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve recording and expense tracking functionality
• To optimize performance and resolve issues
• To personalize app experience and feature access
• To enable expense data organization, categorization, and reporting

3. Data Storage & Security

All recordings and expense data are stored locally on your device unless manually backed up or shared by the user. We do not upload or access your recordings or expense information. We apply industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining device security and backing up their data.

4. Permissions

• Microphone: Required to record audio
• Storage Access: Required to save recordings, expense data, and history
• Camera/Photo Library: Optional - to attach receipts or documents to expense entries

5. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data may only be shared:

• To comply with legal requirements
• To prevent fraud or misuse
• With service providers under confidentiality agreements (e.g. analytics)

7. Your Rights

• Request deletion of diagnostic data
• Opt-out of analytics collection
• Control permissions through device settings

8. Cookies & Tracking

We may use analytic tools to improve experience, but we do not track personal identity or record audio without user action.

9. Updates to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted in the App.
